Up to what age can boys enter the beach?+
Boys up to and including 7 years old can enter Altinkum Women's Beach with their mothers. Boys aged 8 and above are not accepted. Girls are allowed at any age.
How much is the shuttle fare for children?+
Children ages 0-6 ride completely free (on mother's lap). Children ages 7-9 pay ₺500. Girls aged 10+ and adult women pay the full fare. Boys aged 8 and above are not accepted to the beach.
Are there safety measures for children at the beach?+
Yes. A female lifeguard is on duty throughout the season, a shallow water area is dedicated to small children, and a nurse is available at the medical cabin. We still recommend swimming vests for children.
Does a stroller fit in the shuttle?+
Yes, there is space for strollers in CEMTUR minibuses. Please mention you have a stroller when making the reservation.
What should I bring for my child?+
Child sunscreen (SPF 50+), swimming goggles, water shoes, swim vest, light snacks, bucket-shovel set, and a change of clothes. Changing cabins and showers are available at the beach.
Are baby food and baby room available?+
There is no dedicated baby room, but you can change diapers in the changing cabins. For formula and bottle warming, ask at the beach buffet.
My child is afraid of the sea, what should I do?+
The beach has a shallow water zone ideal for small children. There are also sand play areas, you can bring toys, and female lifeguards ensure a safe environment.
